Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Legal AI Solution Consultant to accelerate AI-enabled legal technology sales. You will lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, trials, and recommendations, partnering with Sales to advance opportunities and translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will stay current on legal AI developments and act as the voice of the customer to product and strategy teams, identifying cross-sell opportunities and driving value for enterprise

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of relevant legal and sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience selling, implementing, supporting, or advising on AI solutions within the legal information or technology industry.
• Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Solid understanding of the sales process and commercial dynamics.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple pre-sales projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Track record working with enterprise legal clients or legal operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead tailored product demonstrations and value engagements showing AI-enabled legal workflows.
• Partner with Sales to lead pre-sales activities across the opportunity lifecycle.
• Serve as a trusted advisor translating legal challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Conduct in-depth discovery of customers' priorities, workflows, data needs, and AI-readiness.
• Support retention and renewal conversations with domain expertise.
• Stay current on developments in legal AI and competitive landscape.
• Voice of the customer to product and strategy teams.
