NSW Health, SESLHD, is seeking a Manager, Priority Populations Programs to lead Women’s Health, Carers and Youth Health initiatives within Equity and Prevention Services. The role focuses on strategic management, resource coordination, and driving equitable health outcomes across priority populations.

The position involves senior stakeholder engagement, planning and evaluation, and delivering high-quality services in a large public health system.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in health or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership to enhance staff performance and drive change.
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary issues for priority populations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• High-level analytical and problem-solving abilities for senior decision-making.
• Ability to build relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience in planning and evaluating at strategic and service levels in a dynamic setting.
• Current driver's licence with willingness to travel as required.
