Job summary
Mable is a leading healthtech platform in Australia, connecting thousands of people with independent support workers. This leadership role in People Operations will shape the future of our People function, delivering scalable services and innovative technology to improve employee experiences.
You will oversee HR services, systems, and workforce analytics, partnering with Legal and the GM - People to ensure governance and transformation across a complex environment. Hybrid work model available.
Qualifications
- Commercially minded People leader with extensive experience in People Operations, HR Services or HR Technology.
- Degree or diploma in HR, business management, or finance (or equivalent) required.
- Experience driving governance, compliance and multi-stakeholder HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of People Operations, People Technology and workforce reporting.
- Create a modern, scalable, service-oriented operating model to enhance employee experiences.
- Oversight of people services, technology optimisation, workforce insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Legal and General Manager - People on governance and compliance matters.
