Job summary

Meltwater is seeking a talented HR Manager to lead a strategic people agenda for Australia and the ANZ region. You will blend hands-on delivery with strategic partnering, shaping policies and programs that scale with the business and empower leaders and employees.

The role emphasizes HR business partnering, employee relations, and program delivery in a fast-paced, globally connected environment. The position requires a hybrid work model with three days in the Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in ANZ and regional scope.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders across ANZ & SEA to shape a scalable people strategy.
• Coach managers and drive adoption of talent frameworks and local initiatives.
• Implement regional HR programs including Wellness, DEI, CSR, Engagement, and Hybrid Work.
• Partner with Legal, Accounting and internal teams to uphold ethical standards.
• Support employee relations, including disputes, PIP, disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Facilitate clear HR communications and information flow across the organization.
• Represent Meltwater professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
