Job summary

University of the Sunshine Coast Brisbane is seeking a senior technology leader to manage Data Integration and Digital Platforms. You will lead a team delivering enterprise infrastructure, networks and integration services across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Enterprise Services, you will set strategic direction, grow capability and foster high performance while guiding technology investment and roadmaps to advance the university's digital future.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading high-performing technology teams.
Experience shaping culture and leading through change.
Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networks and platforms.
Delivery of strategic technology initiatives and cloud transformation.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networks, digital platforms and integration services.
Drive major technology transformation initiatives including cloud migration and platform modernisation.
Partner with senior leaders to inform investment, governance and future planning.
Coach and support teams through change to ensure successful delivery.
