Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams in complex technology environments.
• Experience shaping culture, building capability and leading teams through periods of change, growth and transformation.
• Significant experience leading enterprise infrastructure, network and platform services across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to align technology outcomes to organisational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, customer focus, capability development and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of UniSC's enterprise infrastructure, networks, digital platforms and integration services across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Drive major technology transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, platform modernisation, cyber resilience, and service optimisation to support the University's strategic priorities.
• Build strong partnerships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and technology vendors, providing strategic advice that informs technology investment, governance, and future planning.
• Coach, influence and support teams and stakeholders through change, ensuring sustained engagement, collaboration and successful delivery of outcomes.
