Job summary

University of Queensland is seeking a Solution Architect - Data to provide strategic leadership for data architecture at the St Lucia Campus. The role defines enterprise data standards, models, and roadmaps, guiding platform evolution and governance for scalable, secure data capabilities.

You will lead architecture for data platforms, collaborate with delivery teams, and manage risk while aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in IT or related field, or extensive relevant experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and operating complex integration solutions in large enterprises.
• Experience applying agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture, standards, and roadmap.
• Provide solution design leadership and architectural oversight for data platforms and integration solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions.
