Job summary
UniSC seeks an accomplished technology leader to shape enterprise tech services. As Manager, Data Integration and Digital Platforms, you will guide a team responsible for enterprise infrastructure, networks, digital platforms and integration services that underpin teaching, research and operations.
You will provide strategic direction, develop capability and drive transformation initiatives across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments, reporting to the Associate Director, Enterprise Services.

- Proven success leading high‑performing technology teams.
- Experience shaping culture and building capability through change.
- Extensive leadership of enterprise infrastructure, networks and platforms.
- Track record delivering cloud transformation and service modernisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, strategic alignment and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Oversee enterprise infrastructure, networks, digital platforms and integration services.
- Drive major technology transformation initiatives including cloud migration and cyber resilience.
- Partner with senior leaders and vendors to inform investment and governance.
- Coach teams through change to ensure delivery of outcomes.
