Job summary

Liontown is seeking a Lead – Remuneration and Benefits based in Perth to lead the design and governance of remuneration for a workforce from operators to executives. The role focuses on benchmarking, STI/LTI, and equity-plan mechanics, reporting for NRC, and proxy adviser materials.

The role sits in the HR team, reports to Head of HR, and requires judgement and accuracy under deadlines. Prior ASX-listed experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and managing remuneration and benefits frameworks.
• Experience drafting or contributing to a Remuneration Report.
• Knowledge of ASX Listing Rules and equity plan requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting Remuneration Report and supporting NRC submissions.
• Benchmarking and maintaining remuneration bands, STI and LTI plans.
• Advise and benchmark for leadership and Board without administering day-to-day tasks.
