Western Sydney University is seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee remuneration frameworks, reward programs and workforce analytics. This role guides leaders and employees across the university, delivering transparent cycles and well-governed processes.

You will manage salary structures, governance models, and benchmarking while advising senior leaders on enterprise agreements and policy compliance.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in remuneration, reward, benefits or workforce analytics within a complex organisation.
• Advanced analytical capability including benchmarking and workforce reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead remuneration frameworks, reward programs and workforce insights for university leadership and staff.
• Maintain contemporary remuneration frameworks, salary structures and job architecture.
• Provide workforce insights, equity analysis and reporting to support executive decisions.
• Ensure remuneration decisions meet legislative, industrial and governance requirements.
• Strengthen reward capability through trusted advice, education and stakeholder partnerships.
