Job summary

Orchard Marketing, part of the Enero Group, is hiring a Strategy Director to set the strategic standard across its Sydney health portfolio and to lead thinking on pitches. The role sits as a senior individual contributor, with influence through quality thinking, workshop leadership, and collaboration with UX, data, content and social planners.

You will convert complex client problems into actionable strategic directions, working upstream and downstream in campaigns and digital planning,

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a strategic or planning function (digital or creative agency preferred).
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising experience is essential (animal health advantageous).
• Mastery of strategic capability across brand & digital, with CX integration.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic standard across Orchard's Sydney health portfolio.
• Lead pitches and shape the strategic framework for client responses.
• Translate client priorities into focused strategic questions and opportunities.
• Develop integrated strategies linking brand positioning, content and digital experience.
• Coach and raise strategic output across the Sydney team.
• Stay current on health, pharma, and animal health trends.
