Job summary

Orchard is seeking an Account Director to lead day-to-day management of complex health/pharma accounts and multi-brand portfolios. You’ll be the primary link between clients and internal teams, owning the commercial health of accounts and delivering end-to-end work across strategy, creative, medical writing and digital delivery.

You’ll coordinate regulatory workflows (MLR, TGA) and guide junior team members, while ensuring on-budget delivery and strong client relationships in a fast-paced agency

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in digital/creative/health communications with regulated delivery experience.
• Experience with Veeva, MLR cycles, and medical writer coordination.
• End-to-end delivery across omnichannel campaigns and digital assets.
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking across projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable leading meetings.
• Experience with budgets, timesheets, and financial reporting; margin awareness.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day client contact and trusted partner to brand and marketing leads.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver against client strategies with precision.
• Lead schedules, budgets, risks, and quality across complex digital projects.
• Translate briefs into scoped plans with milestones and review gates.
• Mentor junior team members on estimation and client communication.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory workflows and quality standards.
