Job summary

Orchard Marketing, part of the Enero Group, in Sydney, is seeking a Strategy Director to set the strategic standard across our health portfolio, lead the thinking on pitches, and build the strategic frameworks the team uses.

This senior individual contributor role sits between client problems and our delivery, influencing both via collaboration with UX, data, content and social planners. You’ll ask the questions nobody else is asking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a strategic or planning function.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising experience is essential.
• Ability to lead, develop and present pitch-winning strategies.
• Confidence facilitating client workshops that surface the real business problem.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client marketing, medical, digital and commercial teams to diagnose the underlying business problem.
• Translate complex client priorities into focused strategic questions.
• Develop integrated strategies connecting brand positioning, communications planning, content ecosystems and digital experience.
• Work with data, UX and CX to pressure-test solutions before they reach the client.
• Convert complex analysis into simple, actionable direction for creative and tech teams.
• Design and lead workshops, working sessions and strategy sprints across functions.
• Own the strategic approach on pitches and identify growth opportunities inside health accounts.
