Job summary

Orchard is seeking an Account Director to lead day-to-day management of complex health/pharma accounts and multi-brand portfolios in Australia. You will connect clients with internal teams, manage commercial health, and drive end-to-end delivery across digital and omnichannel projects, including regulatory workflows.

You will coordinate creative, medical writing, strategy and tech, mentor junior staff, and maintain budgets with disciplined change control.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in digital/creative/health communications.
• Experience with Veeva and MLR cycles.
• End-to-end delivery across omnichannel campaigns.
• Strong organisational and budgeting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Commercial awareness and margin understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex health/pharma accounts and multi-brand portfolios.
• Coordinate creative, medical writing, strategy and tech.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Lead regulatory workflows and ensure audit readiness.
• Oversee budgets, schedules and quality.
