The City of Parramatta is seeking a senior leader to shape Parramatta's future through strategic land use planning, developing frameworks, policies and precinct plans, and guiding complex city-shaping projects.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage funding opportunities, and work across Council and government partners to deliver sustainable growth and positive community outcomes. Hybrid role with 35 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in town planning.
• Experience in leading strategic land use planning initiatives.
• Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of land use strategies and planning projects.
• Manage complex strategic projects and multidisciplinary teams.
