Job summary

Epiroc is hiring a Key Customer Manager for Central Queensland Coal, based in Mackay, with operational experience in blast hole drilling. You will lead and grow all Epiroc products across Central Queensland, focusing on drilling tools, aftermarket and new business growth, while being the primary contact for customers.

The role requires engaging with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Epiroc capabilities, and prioritising tasks with a methodical, self-disciplined approach.

Qualifications

• Background in mining operations, specifically blast hole drilling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to prioritise, plan and manage tasks with self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow all Epiroc products across Central Queensland, focusing on drilling tools, aftermarket and new business growth.
• Act as the primary customer contact, owning the customer relationship across the Central Queensland market.
