Rarekind is seeking a Key Account & Commercial Excellence Lead to steer major customer relationships and shape how the commercial function operates across the business. You will drive growth, craft strategy and build the account management playbook.

You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development and Marketing, with global exposure, to deliver opportunities and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic account management and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Commercial acumen with ability to develop strategies.
• Industry experience in food or FMCG is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop commercial strategy and playbook for the team.
• Coach Account Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Commercial Director and operations for delivery across functions.
