Job summary

Adidas is seeking a dedicated Key Accounts Coordinator to support the Manager and Director in delivering the regional strategy for key accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, align on commercial priorities, and help execute account plans, seasonal strategies and operational business plans across categories.

You will monitor sales performance, manage the forecast and contribute to a high-quality customer experience by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Planning and Supply Chain

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, sales or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum two years' experience in sales, key account support, wholesale account management or a similar commercial environment.
• Experience supporting key or major wholesale accounts is preferred.
• Experience within sport, retail, apparel, footwear, fashion or FMCG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager and Director, Key Accounts in delivering the overall strategy for the key account partner group.
• Build strong working relationships with customer contacts and maintain alignment on commercial priorities.
• Support the development and execution of account plans, seasonal strategies and operational business plans.
• Coordinate sell-in and sell-through activity throughout the Go-To-Market cycle, working closely with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor sales performance, order book status, inventory, sell-through and delivery performance, identifying risks and opportunities early.
• Deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience through responsive communication and strong relationship management.
