What’s Possible Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Executive to join the Commercial team. You will own day-to-day commercial and contractual activity, shape outcomes, protect business interests, and support sustainable growth across the Group.

You will supervise the Commercial Executive and contribute to pricing, risk management, and governance. You’ll collaborate with the Group Commercial Director, support new business pitches, manage client and partner agreements, and drive efficient

Competenze

• Practical experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement.
• Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and excellent document management skills.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Mansioni

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer a wide range of commercial docs (NDAs, DPAs, client agreements, variations, statements of work).
• Review terms, identify risks and opportunities, provide practical recommendations.
• Manage contract execution through DocuSign and keep records up to date.
• Produce clear commercial summaries and briefings for stakeholders.
• Monitor renewals, notice periods, key obligations and commitments.
• Communicate commercial arrangements across the business.
