BevChain, a Linfox subsidiary, is experiencing growth and is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead a portfolio of valued customers across our national network. As the primary relationship owner, you will govern performance, retention and strategic growth, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure contracted services are delivered.

You will build trusted governance with operational, commercial and executive stakeholders, develop account plans, identify growth opportunities

Competenze

• Experience managing strategic customer relationships within logistics, warehousing, transport or FMCG.
• Experience in key account management, customer relationship management or commercial account mgmt.
• Strong customer governance and stakeholder engagement across operational, commercial and executive levels.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring contracted services and performance measures are delivered.
• Build trusted relationships with operational, commercial and executive stakeholders to support customer retention and growth.
• Establish and maintain customer governance frameworks, including operational, business, strategic and executive reviews.
• Develop account plans that identify strategic priorities, commercial opportunities, operational risks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and support opportunities to grow share of wallet, expand services and renew customer agreements.
• Monitor customer performance, analyse operational and commercial data, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
