Job summary

Integria Healthcare Limited in Victoria is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager - Practitioner to grow net revenue and profitability across a defined portfolio of Practitioner Key Accounts. You will lead, coach and develop a field-based team of Territory Managers while building strong practitioner partnerships.

In this role you will drive distribution, respond to market dynamics, and deliver successful product launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' field sales experience in healthcare environments (HCP/OTC/practitioner/pharmacy).
• Ability to deliver sales targets, influence range, advocacy and recommendations in regulated settings.
• Strong product knowledge translated into clear commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a defined portfolio of Practitioner Key Accounts to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
• Drive customer advocacy and market share for Integria brands within key accounts.
• Achieve distribution, core range and new product launch KPIs within accounts.
• Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers to deliver targets.
• Build sales capability through regular in-field coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead the team to deliver NPD, distribution, new customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Ensure effective call rates and appropriate call frequency across coverage.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative sales culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
