Online Education Services (OES) is seeking an experienced Head of IT Delivery to lead our global technology delivery function and accelerate transformation across platforms and programs. You will build high-performing teams across Australia, SA, and the UK, drive scaled agile practices, governance, and reliable delivery to align with business priorities.
This role offers a hybrid working model, leadership impact, and opportunities to shape technology strategy in a purpose-driven education
Qualifications
- Extensive senior leadership experience in large-scale technology delivery.
- Proven track record delivering complex platform programs and enterprise portfolios.
- Deep SAFe experience including PI Planning and team-of-teams delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across the technology delivery function.
- Advance scaled agile practices, portfolio planning, and delivery governance.
- Foster continuous improvement, DevSecOps, and automation.
- Lead delivery planning, budgeting, and governance aligning with business goals.
- Oversee enterprise platforms to ensure scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.
- Build and mentor leaders and delivery teams with a culture of accountability.
