Strata Results Group is a boutique consultancy in Croydon, Australia, seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT initiatives. You will liaise with project managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
Proven experience coordinating IT projects.
Solid understanding of PM principles and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate activities and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate issues.
Facilitate communication among project team, IT, and stakeholders.
Create and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, minutes).
Support project manager in tracking budgets, resources, and expenditures.
Assist in testing and quality assurance to meet standards.
Provide administrative support to the project team (meetings, materials, logistics).
Contribute to continuous process improvements in project management.
