Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT projects in large, matrixed environments.
• Experience with cloud architectures (Azure) and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of modern software delivery lifecycles and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and implementation of IT workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Define workstream scope, milestones, and budgets across complex software initiatives.
• Oversee vendors, system integrators, and software suppliers and track SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and safety risks early.
• Coordinate between technical teams, operations, and academic stakeholders for testing and benefits realization.
• Provide status reports and risk insights to project leadership throughout lifecycle.
