Job summary

Perigon Group partners with City West Housing to recruit an experienced IT Manager to establish and lead its internal technology function in Sydney. This role focuses on strategic direction, governance, and alignment with evolving business needs.

You will manage an ICT team, oversee budgets, vendors, and security, and drive digital transformation using platforms like Microsoft 365 and Copilot to support staff and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICT management or senior technology leadership experience.
• Experience in outsourced or co-managed IT environments.
• Proven ability to develop technology strategies, roadmaps, and governance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver ICT strategy and three-year technology roadmap.
• Manage ICT budgets, forecasts and procurement.
• Oversee MSPs and technology partners, SLAs and performance reviews.
• Maintain ICT policies, standards and governance frameworks.
