Department: Major Digital and ICT Programs – Parramatta NSW is seeking an ICT Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale technology programs that support critical community outcomes. You will report to the Director and drive initiatives from concept to benefits realisation.

• Extensive experience leading large-scale ICT or digital transformation programs in complex environments.
• Strong governance across risks, issues, interdependencies, reporting and assurance.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, procurement and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, delivery and oversight of a portfolio of high-impact ICT programs.
• Manage program budgets, resources, risks and dependencies; oversee procurement activities.
• Provide executive-level reporting, strategy advice and benefits realisation.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and external partners to achieve outcomes.
