Fujitsu seeks an experienced Commercial Director to provide strategic leadership for key accounts and major opportunities. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and Delivery to govern contracts, manage risk, and ensure sustainable profitability.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term full-time engagement with hybrid working. Location is Melbourne preferred, with flexibility across the east coast of Australia and New Zealand.

Qualificações

• Experience negotiating complex IT transactions.
• Minimum 5 years commercial experience in IT.
• Finance, Legal and IT qualifications are desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial strategy for high-value opportunities and ensure profitable outcomes.
• Provide trusted commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
• Drive negotiations and contract finalisation with governance and risk management.
• Oversee bid governance, approvals, and risk management under Fujitsu policies.
• Develop and maintain commercial frameworks and terms for scalable offerings.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and support growth initiatives.
• Develop commercial teams and foster cross-region collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners and leadership.
