Mineral Resources is seeking a Manager Mine Planning to lead the delivery of two-year, five-year and Life-of-Mine plans for its iron ore business. You will head a high-performing team, shaping strategic decisions and capital planning across operations.

The role requires governance across planning practices and data systems, with integration to executive committees and board-level objectives. Based in Osborne Park, WA, the position emphasizes agility and collaboration.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• Professional body membership such as AusIMM.
• Ability to act as Competent Person for Ore Reserve reporting.
• Experience in a senior mine-planning or technical leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of bulk commodity supply chains and strategic mine planning.
• Experience contributing to studies, approvals, technology implementations or data-system improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills.
