Job summary

You will work with sales leaders, agents nationwide, warehouse teams, and senior leadership to support business performance and customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes analytical work, stakeholder engagement, and driving improvements within a small, collaborative team across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience forecasting demand and inventory reporting.
• Healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and supply planning across Australia.
• Analyse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate backorder communications and provide regular inventory updates.
• Build strong relationships with agents and key sales stakeholders nationally.
• Prepare inventory and supply reports for leadership teams.
• Support warehouse and operational activities when required.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the ongoing growth of the operations function.
