Job summary

Bupa Australia is seeking a Clinical Innovation Manager to drive healthcare initiatives from planning through to implementation across Bupa Medical. You will coordinate across Medical, Health Insurance and other areas, delivering large-scale programs such as our Flu Program with a hands-on delivery approach.

Based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid flexibility, you will collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate teams, travel to clinics as needed, and help turn innovative ideas into

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience delivering projects or programs within healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of medical centres, clinical operations or broader healthcare service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Strong project management, coordination and implementation capability.
• A highly collaborative approach and confidence working across clinical, operational and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Leading the coordination and delivery of complex healthcare projects and programs from planning through to implementation.
• Managing multiple initiatives and workstreams simultaneously, keeping priorities, timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Partnering across Medical, Health Insurance, clinical operations and broader business teams.
• Building strong relationships with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.
• Supporting the delivery of established large‑scale health programs, as well as new healthcare propositions and services.
• Identifying risks, dependencies and delivery challenges and working collaboratively to keep programs moving forward.
• Supporting implementation across our medical centre network, including occasional travel to clinics.
