Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience delivering projects or programs within healthcare environments.
• Strong understanding of medical centres, clinical operations or broader healthcare service delivery.
• Strong project management, coordination and implementation capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and delivery of complex healthcare projects and programs from planning through to implementation.
• Manage multiple initiatives and workstreams, keeping priorities, timelines and stakeholders aligned.
• Partner across Medical, Health Insurance, clinical operations and broader business teams.
• Build strong relationships with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of established large-scale health programs, as well as new healthcare propositions and services.
• Identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges and work collaboratively to keep programs moving forward.
• Support implementation across our medical centre network, including occasional travel to clinics.
