Job summary

Tassal Group in Australia seeks an insurance professional to own renewals, claims management and broker relationships across a national/global business, reporting to the Chief Commercial & Risk Officer.

You'll work with Marsh, global insurers and Australian stakeholders to deliver commercial insurance outcomes, manage a diverse portfolio, and provide strategic insights in a hybrid role with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, broking or corporate insurance including renewals, policy management and claims support.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and commercial awareness.
• Confident communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious and solutions-focused approach with ability to own outcomes.
• Genuine interest in learning, development and growth within a complex commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual insurance renewals and shape commercial strategies and outcomes.
• Manage a diverse insurance portfolio including claims, policy administration, audits and compliance reporting.
• Partner with Marsh, global insurers and Australian/international stakeholders.
• Provide commercial insights and continually improve insurance processes.
