Job summary

The Sutherland Shire Council is seeking an Infrastructure Project Planner to lead planning and design of community infrastructure across parks, spaces, buildings and transport assets.

You will develop masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases, and work with stakeholders to deliver sustainable, innovative outcomes for our growing community. This is a temporary full-time role with a 19-day month option via ADO.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering planning and/or design phases of infrastructure or community projects.
• Knowledge of planning and approval processes.
• Experience preparing masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A solutions-focused approach and a passion for great community outcomes.

• Lead the planning and design of community infrastructure projects across parks, public spaces, buildings, transport facilities and marine assets.
• Develop masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases that help bring great ideas to life.
