Job summary

Sutherland Shire Council is seeking an Infrastructure Project Planner (Planning & Design) to lead planning and design of community infrastructure across parks, public spaces, buildings, transport facilities and marine assets.

You'll develop masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases, and collaborate with stakeholders, consultants and the community to deliver sustainable, well-defined outcomes for the growing Shire.

Qualifications

• Background in urban planning, landscape architecture, or a related field.
• Experience delivering planning and/or design phases of infrastructure or community projects.
• Knowledge of planning and approval processes.
• Experience preparing masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Solutions-focused with a passion for great community outcomes.
