Job summary

Sutherland Shire Council is seeking an Infrastructure Project Planner to lead planning and design for parks, public spaces, buildings, transport facilities, and marine assets. You will develop masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases, partnering with stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes for the community.

The role focuses on turning concepts into deliverable infrastructure through planning, design and approvals, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering planning and/or design phases of infrastructure or community projects.
• Knowledge of planning and approval processes.
• Experience preparing masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design of infrastructure projects across parks, public spaces, buildings, transport facilities and marine assets.
• Develop masterplans, feasibility studies and business cases that help bring ideas to life.
