Job summary

The role focuses on quality assurance, procurement, tender management, and reporting to support efficient and safe industry operations within the centre's cost centres.

Responsibilities

• Ensure offender supervision and security is maintained in accordance with centre operations.
• Coordinate and schedule offender activities to achieve quality and production targets.
• Liaise with existing and potential clients and undertake effective customer relations.
• Identify, negotiate and respond to contracts and other marketing opportunities with external organisations.
• Monitor quality control systems and facilitate implementation of quality assurance management systems in the industry areas.
• Oversee and guide offenders in the production of a variety of goods and services when necessary.
• Manage sales, distribution of tenders, quotes and work orders to appropriate areas.
• Prepare reports and maintain records as part of effective management of the Industries Business Unit.
