Sunwater in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Lead to drive our IR strategy during a period of transformation. You will partner with senior leaders, lead enterprise bargaining, and provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters.

Join a supportive, flexible environment with a balanced 38-hour week, a base salary starting from AUD 165,882 plus 12.75% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading, and opportunities across Fortitude Valley or regional offices.

Qualificações

• Experience leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations and workplace investigations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Sunwater’s industrial relations strategy across the organisation.
• Oversee Enterprise Agreement negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to identify employee relations risks and ensure compliant practices.
• Monitor developments in legislation and industrial relations and advise accordingly.
• Support organisational change with strategic IR guidance and consultations.
• Develop relationships with unions, employee representatives and regulatory bodies.
