Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking an Industrial Relations Senior Advisor to join our Adelaide CBD team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will influence how we align enterprise agreements across a national portfolio, delivering practical guidance to HR and operations and partnering with leaders to manage complex workplace matters.

With strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards, you will steer bargaining strategies, investigations and employment-law interpretations to support

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee or industrial relations, including complex matters in unionised workplaces
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, modern awards and enterprise agreements
• Experience reviewing and consolidating enterprise agreements
• Experience planning and supporting enterprise bargaining and engaging unions
• Strong communication and influencing skills, turning complex issues into practical recommendations

Responsibilities

• Develop a practical plan to bring enterprise agreements together across the group
• Shape bargaining strategies and support negotiations
• Guide leaders through investigations, grievances and workplace disputes
• Translate legislation, awards and agreements into clear, practical advice
• Partner with HR, Payroll and operations to identify risks and support workplace change
