Job summary

SunWater is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Lead to drive the organisation's IR strategy during a period of transformation. You will partner with leaders, unions and employee representatives to shape workforce relations and ensure compliance across SunWater.

The role requires expertise in enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations and complex employee relations matters, with qualifications in HR, business or law.

Qualifications

• Experienced Industrial Relations professional with proven expertise in enterprise bargaining, employee relations and workforce relations.
• Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Law.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to partner with senior leaders and unions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sunwater’s industrial relations strategy and enterprise agreement negotiations.
• Provide expert advice on complex industrial and employee relations matters, investigations and compliance.
• Support organisational change initiatives with strategic industrial relations guidance and effective consultation processes.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with unions, employee representatives and regulatory bodies.
