Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in IR leadership roles, ideally within unionised environments.
• Experience in health, aged care, or community services.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.

• Lead and negotiate enterprise agreements and manage workplace consultations.
