Job summary

Sequana Group, a fast-growing infrastructure advisory firm in Australia, seeks an HRBP/Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will partner with hiring managers to run end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding, HR policy updates, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Australian laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in recruitment/TA with strong HRBP experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes ( sourcing to placement ).
• Working knowledge of recruitment practices and HR processes.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Understanding employment legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of recruitment activities aligned with workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Help implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and succession planning.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, and referrals.
• Assist with interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
• Track recruitment activity and HR metrics for reporting and process improvement.
• Support diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
• Contribute to HR programs and initiatives that drive organisational success.
