• Substantial HR partnering experience within a large, complex organisation.
• Ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice grounded in policy and frameworks.
• Strong experience interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, and employment legislation.
• Ability to manage high-case-load with urgency, risk, and escalation.
• Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping discipline.
