Job summary

The Department of Government Services (DGS) in Melbourne seeks experienced Senior HR Business Partners to provide strategic and expert advice to key stakeholders through a HR Business Partnership model.

This role delivers shared services across Victorian Government departments, coaching senior leaders on complex HR issues and developing integrated HR strategies that align with policy and priority goals. Multiple ongoing and fixed-term opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Business Partner with strategic advisory experience is required.
• Experience providing strategic advice to senior stakeholders in HR.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives within government or large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leaders with high level strategic HR advice and support on complex people matters.
• Develop and implement integrated HR strategies aligned to policy and organisational priorities.
• Coach and support stakeholders through change management and workforce planning initiatives.
• Deliver shared services across multiple Victorian Government departments through a HR Business Partnership model.
