Flinders Port Holdings seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across portfolios, delivering practical people solutions that align with business priorities. You will coach leaders, support change initiatives, and collaborate with People & Brand to implement OneFPH projects that enhance capability and culture.

You will bring strong HR experience, industrial relations know-how and commercial acumen to balance objectives, risk and employee outcomes in a dynamic port environment.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with leaders across the full spectrum of HR, including employee and industrial relations, workforce planning and organisational change matters.
• Strong industrial and employee relations capability, with experience interpreting and applying enterprise agreements, modern awards and employment legislation.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders, coaching and supporting them to lead their teams, navigate change and achieve business goals.
• Provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle, including performance, conduct, employee relations and workforce planning.
• Identify and manage people risks, partnering with HR and IR/ER specialists on complex matters as needed.
• Use workforce data and business insights to shape decisions, anticipate trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support talent, culture and engagement initiatives that strengthen capability and employee experience.
• Lead and contribute to people projects across the business, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
