Job summary

Flinders Port Holdings is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across its ports and regional operations. You will provide practical HR advice, coaching and people solutions to support teams and business priorities.

You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on partnering, collaborating with specialist teams to deliver OneFPH projects and initiatives that improve capability, engagement and safety across the workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with leaders across HR, including employee and industrial relations.
• Strong industrial and employee relations capability, with knowledge of legislation and awards.
• Commercial acumen and ability to balance business and people outcomes in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with leaders, coaching them to lead teams and navigate change.
• Provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle, including performance and workforce planning.
• Identify and manage people risks, partnering with HR and IR/ER specialists on complex matters.
• Use workforce data to shape decisions and anticipate trends.
• Lead and contribute to people projects across the business.
