Job summary

ShapeMakers is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our leadership team in NSW. You will translate business strategy into a practical people agenda, supporting the successful integration of new acquisitions and aligning structures, leadership and ways of working across the group.

As a trusted adviser to the CEO and senior leaders, you will provide end-to-end HR leadership, balance governance with speed, build scalable HR frameworks, coach leaders and use workforce data to guide

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in a growing, multi-site or operational business.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, business integration or rapid growth will be highly regarded.
• Strong ability to influence executives and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with CEO and senior leaders to align people agenda with growth strategy.
• Lead people aspects of acquisition integration, including communication, structure, onboarding and cultural alignment.
• Build scalable HR frameworks, policies and ways of working across the group.
