Kingston Estate Wines is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across our South Australian operations. Based at our Kent Town office (or Riverland), you will report to the Managing Director and lead a small HR team to shape people strategies that support Kingston’s values and growth.

The role includes responsibility for employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws.

Qualifications

• Senior HR generalist/manager experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards.
• Experience coaching managers and handling employee relations matters.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full range of operational HR functions across Kingston Estate Wines.
• Provide practical advice on employment legislation, industrial relations, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
• Support and coach managers in employee relations, performance management, recruitment, workforce planning, and learning & development.
• Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and culture.
• Ensure HR policies and documentation are current, compliant and fit for purpose.
• Manage HR and winery administration budgets and drive process improvements.
• Oversee winery administration functions including reception and support services.
• Coordinate community engagement initiatives and sponsorships.
