Peninsula Australia is seeking a seasoned Compliance Leader to steer the Compliance & Risk team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in leading, managing and developing compliance teams.
• 5+ years in a Compliance role
• An ability to be both strategic and hands-on in delivering objectives
• Extensive experience developing, embedding and advising on compliance and risk obligations, processes & controls
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and establish strong relationships across disciplines.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative

Responsibilities

• Lead and upskill the Compliance and Risk team whilst ensuring the timely completion of all compliance and risk tasks and reporting.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders and business units to develop a strong compliance and risk culture and develop initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, uplift and embed compliance and risk frameworks across the broader organisation.
• Facilitate compliance and risk workshops and training sessions.
• Report to the Board on adherence to Compliance processes.
