Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects from concept to implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives including infrastructure and improvements.
• Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for investments.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and farm operations to align priorities.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and report on performance.
• Coordinate external consultants and stakeholders.
• Support integration of completed projects into operations.
