Job summary

One Harvest Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to deliver maintenance and capital projects across our national operations. You will manage projects from scoping to handover, build business cases, select equipment, and coordinate installation and commissioning while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Reporting to the National Manager Reliability, the role collaborates with site managers, reliability teams, operations and vendors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering, or a trade qualification with project experience.
• At least 3 years managing maintenance, engineering or capital projects.
• Experience delivering projects through installation, commissioning and handover.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and contractors.
• Willingness to travel interstate; FMCG/food manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and capital projects end to end, from scoping to handover.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources and milestones.
• Prepare business cases, capital requests and ROI analysis.
• Define equipment requirements and selection criteria with site teams.
• Ensure new equipment is easy to maintain, reliable, safe and sustainable.
• Coordinate vendors, consultants and contractors to deliver safely and on schedule.
• Track risks, issues and budgets with monthly status updates.
• Support site master plans and 5-year capital plans.
• Ensure safe work method statements and contractor management meet safety standards.
• Identify improvements to lift throughput and reduce energy use.
